Return or Exchange Policy

UpTown Folks aims for customer satisfaction and offers return or exchange options under

specific conditions.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

The request must be made within 7–10 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags

intact.

Items like custom-made or discounted products may not be eligible for return unless

defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, customers must contact info@uptownfolks.in with their order number,

product details, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, the company will share

the return address and process instructions.

Inspection and Refund:

Upon receiving the returned product, UpTown Folks will inspect it to ensure it meets return

conditions. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the

original mode of payment.

Exchange Policy:

Customers can request an exchange for a different size, color, or product (subject to

availability). If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If a customer receives a defective or wrong item, the company will arrange a free

replacement or refund. Customers should notify support within 48 hours of receiving such

orders.
